As part of a series of careers talks organised by Sarah Etheridge, Daniela Nitoiu and Dario Ceric (PhD Representatives at The Blizard Institute), Doug Brown gave an informative talk about working in research management.

There is a professional organisation that supports research managers called ARMA which may be worth a look if you want more information about the role.
