Hello. My name’s Caroline Watkinson and I help to organise career events for PhD researchers. Feel free to contact me at caroline.watkinson@qmul.ac.uk if you would like more information about our forthcoming events.

It was good to see so many students attending The Brilliant Club talk on Tuesday night. There were about ninety PhD students present so this is clearly a scheme that appeals to everyone here.

As a PhD tutor for The Brilliant Club you will be trained to provide university-style tutorials to groups of school students aged 11-18. If you want to get involved in the Brilliant Club you can find more information and how to apply at The Brilliant Club PhD Teaching Experience.

If you missed the talk you can find a recording of it here.

All the information that was referred to is on the website here.

I hope to see you at future events!
